Data processing

Privacy
Notice

In short: on the application form this site asks for your name, your phone number and three short answers about your vehicle, and uses them solely so that we can call you back. It only sets an advertising cookie if you say yes to it at the bottom of the page.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Init 2000 Kft. (Zalaegerszeg). Contact: info@init.hu. The company's full identification details can be found at init.hu.

What data we ask for

  • Name — so that we know who to ask for.
  • Phone number — so that we can call you back.
  • What vehicle and trailer you have, and when we can call — so that we know before the call what it will be about.

We ask for nothing more than this. We also store which of our posts or adverts you arrived from — based on the tag placed on the link — but this reveals nothing about you, only which of our own links brought you here.

The application, together with the time of submission and your consent, goes into a database operated in the European Union, which only the company's staff can access, with a password.

What we use it for

Solely to get in touch with you and discuss a possible cooperation. We do not send newsletters, and we do not pass your data on to third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give with the checkbox before sending the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Until we close your enquiry, or until you withdraw your consent. If the cooperation comes about, the legal basis for processing will be the contract, and we will keep the data according to the rules that apply to it.

What rights you have

You may request a copy of the data stored about you, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, it is enough to write to info@init.hu.

If you feel that we are not handling your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Cookies and tracking

We serve the fonts from our own server, so no data goes to a third party when the page is opened. We may use visitor measurement (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) to see how many people arrive and from where, and which of our posts reaches you — but these only set a cookie if you say yes to the question that appears at the bottom of the page. If you say no, the Meta Pixel does not even load, and Google Analytics sees only anonymous, aggregated figures, without a cookie or an identifier. Your browser remembers your decision, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

In addition, we keep our own anonymous counter: how many visits and how many applications arrived each day, and in which language. This involves neither a cookie nor an identifier — it stores nothing about the visitor.

If you choose a language with the language switcher, we remember this in a cookie for one year, so that the site opens in that language next time too. This stores only the code of the chosen language.

This notice describes what the site actually does in its current state. A legal review is required before going live.
